About Send Your Best

What we do

Send Your Best is a place for anyone who could use some support for any of a number of issues that we all might be facing. It's a site designed to put people in contact with others dealing with the same struggles and triumphs. A place where people can let everyone know how they are in a single post. What separates Send Your Best is the recognition of a simple idea: people won't always ask for help. We've created a way for people to get help for those close to them without them having to ask for it. Obviously, the recipients of any site will always have final say in whether or not a page goes public, but the ability to create a page for a friend and give them the opportunity to interact with those who are there for them is a very powerful tool. Send Your Best connects those who need help with those who are there to give it.

Community

Community is the heart of Send Your Best. Every member has a host of tools available enabling them to connect with others on a number of levels. It may be simply receiving a quick post of a get well or a comment on a blog entry. Maybe it's a photo upload or a posting on a group page. The goal is to put people in touch with others so they can share support and strength. This is how a community is built. Send Your Best cannot be simply a collection of islands; all manner of floating individuals unconnected to those around them. It is this community of people connecting and offering and accepting of support which separates Send Your Best from the rest.

Send Your Best was conceived of and designed to promote the value of human connection. We all have a vital need for the sharing of common experiences and the ability to give strength and encouragement to others. We hope to do this by creating a safe web based forum to both give and receive support. Our goal is to have Send Your Best grow into a rich community of people from all walks of life, sharing their strength and receiving the support they need.
